About our wooden blinds
Wooden blinds are the premium end of the Venetian family. Real timber slats bring a warmth and depth that painted metal simply cannot match, and because every board carries its own grain, no two blinds look exactly the same.
They work beautifully in period Birmingham houses — bays, sash windows, high ceilings — and just as well in a modern room where you want a natural material against plain walls. Add decorative tapes to hide the cord holes and the finish looks closer to shutters than to a standard blind.
