What we collect

• Your name, telephone number, email address and postcode.
• Details about your windows: blind type, number of windows, approximate measurements, preferred contact method and time, and anything else you tell us.
• Any window photographs you choose to upload (optional, up to five).
• Basic anti-spam information, including a one-way fingerprint of your network address, used only to stop automated abuse of the form.

Why we use it

To prepare your quotation, arrange your free measurement, carry out the fitting and keep records of work we have done. This is necessary to provide the service you asked us for.

Marketing

We do not add you to any marketing list when you request a quote. You only receive offers or product updates if you separately tick the marketing box on the quote form, and you can ask us to stop at any time by replying to an email or calling us.

How we store it

Quote requests are stored in a secure, access-controlled database. Photographs are stored in private storage and are only viewable by authorised Amris Blinds staff through time-limited links. We use a third-party email provider to send your confirmation and to notify our team. We never sell or rent your details to anyone.

How long we keep it

Quote requests that do not lead to an order are kept for up to 24 months. Records for completed work are kept for up to six years to cover guarantees and accounting requirements.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details above and we'll respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we've handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
